I was a SPECIALIST to the South African Tourism before my call into full time ministry.
My journey began as a young boy with a lot of prophetic verdicts, visions of God and dreams with God. Confused with encounters, I started as a leader of a small youth group in Nigeria where I learned that leadership actually starts with Personal Development and influencing others. It is not an easy road but its been fulfilling!

Ecclesiastes 10:15
[15]The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city.
Ministry, Businesses and Start-ups have something in common, they require labours to be built.
However,
the labour of a fool doesn't weary only him but everyone else that believes in him and/or labours with him!
Why?
Because he/she doesn't know the way to the city!
Jesus told his disciples:
Luke 24:49
[49]And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
However,
Acts 1:8
[8]But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
You can tarry in Jerusalem and never see the fulfilment of the promise (vision) because at the place of Beginnings you never drew a map-out from Jerusalem to the ends of the earth!
Today, there are many in Jerusalem, asking:
When do I start?
Who am I sent to?
Where has God sent me to?
And like the early church, Persecution now becomes the ONLY way for them to find answers. Fortunately, Persecution doesn't always mean Transitions!
According to Acts 8:1 in the KJV, the early church was forced to leave Jerusalem due to a "great persecution" following the death of Stephen, which scattered believers throughout Judea and Samaria. Funnily, Saul of Tarsus led this campaign!
This is exactly how believers watch themselves being replaced while they are still busy trying to get directions!
The challenge is!
There is stil no plan to go to the city...
Young Founders just want to pray, preach, plan meetings, struggle to keep the few attendees and expect to be in the city as a miracle!
Thus, their Spirituality become a guess-work leading them to the valley of despair!
Joel 3:14
[14]Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
It's time to avoid Uninformed Optimism!
The excitement that comes from your calling, the vision you've seen, the encounters, etc.
Leave the excitement,
It's time to do the work...
What's the work?
Get the map to the city before LABOURING!
Else,
You'll be faced with INFORMED PESSIMISM!
The rude shock that comes with visions not self-fulfilling in itself - and here, you shall tell lies against the common symptoms of religion:
